Jason came out to our house for an assessment of an electrical repair project. He was on time, knowledgeable, and gave us a competitive quote. Additionally, Jason pointed out work a previous electrician had done that didnâ t meet PG&E inspection standards. He knows this stuff inside and out! He impressively quoted the exact PG&E greenbook standard for service, buried on Page 144. He went above and beyond to mention this, and I appreciate it. If youâ re looking for a knowledgeable and honest electrician, Jason is the real deal.

Jason did an excellent and very neat job replacing a pendant light in a very old house... needless to say, there were a few complications but, being a pro, Jason had workarounds that efficiently and neatly met the needs to perfection. Not only this, he took a moment afterward to correct another lighting problem he noticed... within about 2 minutes. He is honest, skilled, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I got electrics to fix something. Overall, my problem is solved, not in an ideal way, since he couldn't find the root cause. Well, maybe it's more expensive to find root cause since it's gonna take longer time. Not sure, if anyone more experience will find it quicker or not. I would prefer to get an quote up front before he spent the first our diagnose which ended up didn't go anywhere. I think $200 to fix 3 non-functional outlets sounds a little expensive to me.

The project execution was professional - the job was done to my satisfaction, quality was exceptional, and total cost was reasonable. Jason from Oak Electric showed up on schedule for the appointment to review the project and provided a quote. He explained the materials that needed to be replaced clearly explaining why and the labor effort involved. Upon agreement he moved forward with executing the job and I could see the pride he takes in performing the job from the work he did. When the job was done his labor effort ended up being more than what he quoted due to unexpected intricacies he but was willing to stick to his original estimate.
