    When they came out to install the generator they pushed it across our entire lawn destroying the grass. They got mud all over the neighbors driveway, on our house, on the generator itself. They told me that they would send someone out to fix it and they have not returned our phone calls. We have had them do other work with no issues...but this was horrible

    Stephen S. was the technician assigned to do maintenance on our furnaces. He was professional and friendly as he provided the needed service. He is one of the best techs I have seen and is a first class representative for your company.
