Expensive but thorough. There was a minor scheduling issue that was quickly resolved, and the job was completed VERY quickly.

A troublesome shower drain was resolved quickly by Oak Plumbing. I want to recognize Niles, Harris, Jessy, and Amari for their great work. Niles inspected the crawlspace, measured every line, and gave me a fair quote based on my home’s actual layout. Harris cleared space for the new pipes, sketched the floor plan, and confirmed materials. Jessy and Amari replaced all horizontal drain lines—including the garage sink, washer, kitchen sink, two toilets, shower, and two sinks—in tough conditions under the house. This started after another company gave me a flat-fee quote based on “two bathrooms.” Oak Plumbing’s quote was more detailed and more accurate for my 1950s home with 1.5 baths and mixed old materials. Their bid was over 10% better, and I left a deposit that day. I’m grateful for how quickly they solved the problem, especially days before Thanksgiving. As a single mother who relies on Angie’s List, this experience fully met expectations. I highly recommend Oak Plumbing.

Spent too much time discussing a replacement faucet. Did schedule very quickly which was appreciated, did do the work requested quickly after “discussion “ stopped. I do feel that the “come on” $49 work estimate fee gets you involved with them when you have no idea that the cost would be so much! This I find is the norm with plumbers on Angi. Total cost for a simple procedure( yes I could not do myself) was at least 50% more than I thought.

Koda and Billy were great problem solvers that saved me a lot of money. The company is not the least expensive, but they are excellent with integrity and honesty

Malik was very punctual, polite and went into detail about the work, what it will require and estimate time on how long the job will take. I am happy with the work and for sure hired Oak Plumbing for any future work, highly recommended them.

The price point was comparable on one job. The other job they bidded for me at half the price of a competitor. Itâ s still a high labor cost but normal range for the area and Javon was a good communicator. He was willing to do the work same day as the bid which added value. A lot of employees tend to milk out the time but not Javon. I will be calling Oak Plumbing again for future plumbing jobs

The work was done in January 2020. They came back to inspect condition of repair and new flex pipe addition on March 26, 2024 and found everything satisfactory. No charge as this was part of the 10 year Warranty for parts and labor.

The tech was personable and, most important, competent. He was eager to promote doing more work so I had to filter out the little hints. This aversion to sales pitching might be my idiosyncrasy.

Creative solution to a challenging problem

Daniel Rodriguez was very timely. answered all questions and did an excellent job. We had a broken drain pipe under the house that caused constant wetness. His team was able to locate and repair the source when several others could not.

Nothing to talk about here all around they have done an average job with very high pricing.
