We are very favorably impressed by the performance and customer service of Oak Plumbing. We hired them to re-pipe our broken sewer line from near our front door to the middle of the street, a Concord city requirement. This involved 65 feet of pipe and about 6 feet down in the street, including support beams to protect the workers. Initially we were impressed by the quality of customer service by the person who answers the office phone. After setting up an appointment for a camera inspection we received follow-up phone calls and were texted a picture of the person who would be coming to our door. This alone inspired confidence in the company. The person turned out to be Danny – an extremely knowledgeable plumber who walked me through the camera inspection, explained the proposed repairs and answered all my questions in great detail. He wrote up a repair plan which I signed, then we scheduled the repair for the following week. Concord requires quite a few permits and inspections, so those arrangements had to be in place before any work would start. Oak Plumbing took care of all this. I informed the neighbors on our street about the forthcoming noise and possible street closure. The day the repair was planned, Danny arrived early, again asked if I had any concerns, and carefully monitored the work throughout the day from 8 through 4:30. Our concrete was cut, a large hole in the street asphalt was cut, the pipes were threaded through, a new Christy box brought us up to code, the concrete was replaced and the asphalt replaced. All the markings for PG&E and CCWD were then removed. Danny took “before and after” pictures which are now in our files documenting the work. He reviewed the final paperwork with me, again answered my questions, and asked if there was anything the company could have done to better the experience. The entire experience went very smoothly. These people clearly know their business and have honed their performance to a tightly choreographed dance. Clean efficient, simple, and elegant. Danny in particular really made the (rather expensive) experience a pleasure to behold, and a relief to have completed. His calm, confidence and expertise are exactly what we were looking for.

We had a very expereinced, knowledgable plumber . He inspired trust and confidence. He was able to diagnoise the problem quickly and effectively. We would use him again. He was also very pleasant, great customer service, provided us with great information that we are very grateful for. Will be calling again. Thank you.
