I hired this company to cut down 4 pine trees in my yard October 2025. They damaged my shed and didn't even tell me about it. The damage was on the side I couldn't see from my house so it was a couple months (January) before I discovered it. I called Ben he came an looked at it and accepted responsibility for the damage. Then began the months of promises to come and repair, but he has never attempted to make it right. I've ask a couple of times for him to provide me with the name of his insurance company and policy number so I could call them myself. He will not provide me with that information. I have discovered that he doesn't have a business license to operate in Elgin, so now I'm thinking he doesn't have insurance either. I trusted this company and had planned to use them again. But now that I see how horrible they are, that won't be happening. I'm so fortunate the damage was not done to my house instead. He had the equipment to do a difficult situation

On time explained what they could and could not do. Worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done.

We had three trees which were in difficult areas. They were able to get their equipment in & did the work very well. They were amazing. We didn't think they would be able to get the equipment in but they did. Another company wanted us to have the electric co. come to move a power line but these guys worked around it with no problem.

They showed up earlier than expected and completed the stump removal as expected. Will recommend they're services.

They did a great job removing a very large tree that was in a difficult spot (lots of power lines) and some smaller trees around the house. Cleanup was great & they were all very professional & great to work with - highly recommend & would hire again.
