Couldn't be better!!! I had to wait for my home owners association to clear a huge tree limb over my walkway. Dave Freeman had phoned me within 15 minutes of my submission to Service Magic last week. I phoned him back when limb was cleared and he came over himself within 2 hours yesterday and did a fantastic shoveling job...going above and beyond. Can't say how very much I appreciated his work. Best possible!

I just received the bill for the snow removal and it was an outrageous bill! They tried to charge me over 3 times the amount quoted me over the phone. I called and left a message for Dave and even sent him an email stating that this bill was incredibly high. I got a call back the next day, and according to Mr. Freeman, they did overcharge me by a $100...but the bill was still going to be $150 over what was quoted me. I let Mr. Freeman know that I was NOT going to pay the revised invoice of $287 since that is not what he quote me. HE HAS NOW THREATENED TO TAKE TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT! I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

"Explained we were billing at $125 per hour for Ariens commercial snow thrower, man shoveling at $75 due to horrible traffic and inability to fairly calculate transportation. Used two trucks, two throwers, four men total, due to size of her driveway. We were not cheap, but we worked for 30 straight hours to get people plowed out. Three other clients below rated us five out of five stars for the same storm, at the same hourly rates. Issue appears to be her lawn guy charged her $125 for the big snows last year. He apparently was not available this year. Surprised that working in a law office she was not more familiar with billable hours."

They stayed in constant communication with me until we worked it all out, then under bid the others considerably. They did what I needed done at a reasonable price. I know now that they do work for some of my nieghbors, but did not know that when I started this process. I will now wish to consider them for some more ambitious projects in the future.
