Terrible experience. They parked the dumpster on my driveway ruined my driveway. Then they charged me for an extra ton and the dumpster was not even full. Just shingles and some light garbage. This was my second time ordering. I will not be ordering from this company again.

"We appreciate the feedback on this rental Chantelle. Unfortunately this time of year poses multiple challenges when delivering a dumpster and one of those challenges is placement conditions. When faced with the option to deliver a dumpster on a gravel driveway or a lawn, we have to deliver to the driveway or the dumpster and the truck with completely sink due to soft ground. We did inform you of this when you requested the dumpster. The weight of a dumpster can also be deceiving, we agree. This is why we send the actual scale ticket from a 3rd party each time so that you can feel confident that this is what your dumpster actually weighed. We are sorry that your experience was unsatisfactory and we have tried to rectify it with you already. Please contact us again if you would like to discuss more. 585-225-6257."
