Basically- This company charged me $89.00 to come out and tell me that they were going to charge me $1200 to fix the compressor in my freezer. I am not sure why the tech did it, but he did not even test anything. He just made a few assumptions and went on his way. The freezer only costs $980.00 brand new. I was able to fix the freezer myself for less than $50.00 (low on coolant). I am rating my experience so poorly because I have tried to contact this company multiple times in different ways, and they have not responded yet. If they would have answered my call and worked with me even a little, I would not view them this way.

"Mr. Puckett~A Facebook messenger message was sent during the weekend closure on Sunday, 3/7/21. In addition, a vmail was left on Monday, 3/8/21.The first negative online review was written 30 minutes after your vmail. It would have been appreciated if you had given us the opportunity to respond. We were trying to gather information regarding the service visit. A Supervisor did speak to Mrs. Puckett yesterday afternoon, in detail, on how a sealed system operates. While you can just add Freon, this is a very temporary fix. A sealed system should never be without Freon, This indicates a leak. The technician tested the thermostat, thermistor and compressor and found it was not pumping Freon. Because of the leak, the unit is now compromised with moisture and dirt. This is what drove the recommendation for the repair. Replacing a compressor is costly which is why we allow our customers to make the decision to repair or replace. Lastly, Mrs. Puckett was offered a full refund to ensure customer satisfaction."

From what I can see, they were parts changers. He could not diagnose the problem so he charged me $385.00 for a new ice maker. Installed it and left saying that it might take a day for it to work. So the day is over and not one movement in the ice maker has been made. I want the ice maker to be fixed or my money back. This is a rip off.

The tech who came out Ryan was very professional easily diagnosed the problem. Gave me a quote and had the part on his truck. Had our stove back up and running in just a few minutes. Great job thanks will definetly use them again in the future.

They were very friendly and efficient. Quickly set up an appointment, diagnosed the problem, and gave an estimate. The technician returned when the part arrived and fixed the dishwasher. He arrived on schedule and gave a courtesy call both times. Would definitely recommend Oasis!

Mark was very friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and fixed our refrigerator, keeping me apprised of parts and expectations of arrival. He seemed very knowledgeable, and I was comfortable having him in my home. I am very pleased with the scheduling, as they were flexible to my needs and arrived within the timeframe; they also called when they knew the part would be arriving in order to schedule the fix asap. Mark called 15-20 minutes prior to arriving both times. I was a little surprised at the standard labor charge of $120.

The repairman pointed out the reason my fridge crapped out and advised me that my best choice was to get a new fridge, instead of throwing $1,000 at repairing the problem. He did not try and sell me on the repair being the better choice. Also, he was able to come the same day (Sat.) where others could not come until Mon.
