This contractor knows his profession very well. It was obvious that he has been in this profession for many years. He did quality work. I approved his work without any corrections and it came out beautifully. The only reason he did not get perfect marks was because I paid him upfront on July 10 for his procuring the paint/stain for the job, I expected him t take action right away, but he did not come to do the job until July 14......I was not happy with that.........however, he definitely came back on July 14 and his work came out beautifully. Would I recommend him".............yes!
