Oasis Pavers and Pools

They build a pretty pool BUT LEAVE YOU HANGING WHEN THINGS GO WRONG! I previously left a glowing review for my $210,000 Oasis pool project for my new home. The install was great but the warranty service has been non existent. I have been totally ghosted, the Pentair equipment has not worked properly since day one. Robert the warranty director assisted initially but now does not return calls or text messages. My warranty is almost up, I assume that is the plan, ignore the customer until it is no longer under warranty. Pentair Keeps you on hold for hours with no help. I paid Oasis, they chose Pentair and installed faulty equipment, they should contact the rep for assistance! John Sekas built my last pool and honored and coordinated all warranty/repair issues. I regret going with Oasis, very disappointing!!!

Wouldnâ t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Not sure where to beginâ ¦ our so called PM allowed his crew to dig a hole in our backyard and put the rebar in all while a hurricane was about to hit. We raised our concerns and the PM informed us that he doesnâ t pay attention to pending weather conditions. No concrete was poured prior to the storm hitting which wouldâ ve protected our investment, instead we watched as the walls caved in and the hole filled with water and mud which left the rebar with nothing behind it. This incompetence set the project back over a week and the workmanship was sloppy playing catch up. The employees spent a good portion of their day being unproductive and unprofessional. As you can see from one the attached pictures that one of their employees took time out of their day on our dime to play artist and draw a nice flower in the wet cement. Again, we addressed our concerns with the PM and was immediately accused of doing this ourselves. Midway through the project there were days when one their employeeâ s kids showed up unsupervised to work. The work site was kept a mess with property used as storage. Shortly after the paver deck was completed they had workers show up to clean up a pile of plywood and other lumber which was in the way of our fence being reinstalled. My wife was speaking with one of the workers and he began to argue about completely removing the trash from our property. At this point she broke away from the conversation so I decided shortly thereafter to review our security camera footage to witness the exchange at which point I overheard the gentleman call my wife a B**** as he walked away. There was no effort to smooth the concrete surface prior to applying the pebble tech surface which caused the finally product to turn out with a lump and wavy surface. There is an actually indentation on the sun shelf which was caused by one of their workers walking in wet concrete and again not going back to smooth out the surface. AGIAN, we raised concerns regarding the quality and was actually told that the uneven surface was INDUSTRY STANDARD, which came directly from their QC employee. Towards the end of the project being completed we discovered that their workers had been using our property as a urinal behind the shed. As you can see from the attached pictures the fence was stained yellow. I can keep going and going but Iâ m done investing any additional time with these people. One of the truly sad parts is that we were never offered an apology nor did any from their company take ownership for any of the mistakes. So in the end if you wanna hire a company that is completely unprofessional, unethical and incompetent then hire them. Iâ ll leave it at this quote directly from our PM, â we dug a hole in your backyard and filled it with water, what more do you wantâ ¦â

we researched companies for almost a year and are extremely happy we used Oasis. they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish, addressed any concerns right away and the pool and pavers turned out perfect. i can honestly recommend them and know you will be amazed with the service and finished product. these guys do not mess around. 5 weeks from start to finish to install the pool and pavers.

Chris from Oasis installed new tile and re surfaced our pool. He was prompt with his quote unlike other companies. Chris brought many samples from us to choose from and was very knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with and was here everyday while the pool work was being done.We were very happy with the work that was done. the finished product was beautiful. we had no problems and would recommend them to anyone.

In August 2018 we got our new pool and pavers. Oasis did a great job, excellent work and perfect service. As it was our first pool we had so many questions but Chris never got tired of explaining everything to us. Even when we had some minor problems afterward Chris was there to fix it. We are so happy with our backyard having so much fun with our pool. We highly recommend Oasis Pavers and Pool.

Their work was good and thr pool looks like new.

Mike and team worked hard to make our pool a dream pool, despite weather delays. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and Mike worked with me to address any issues I had quickly and efficiently. In fact, he is still helping with a lingering plumbing issue, which had nothing to do with the resurfacing. Thanks, Oasis!

My project manager, Jimmy, was dedicated to making sure our expectations were met. He was so easy to work with, answered every call, text and email inquiry promptly. Oversaw my project as if it was at his own home. While my project was underway, he was here daily, even on Saturdays and Sundays, morning and evenings making sure everything was going ok. Oasis remodeled my pool and installed over 900 sf of Pavers. My pool and deck are beautiful. I am so happy I chose Oasis Pavers & Pools. You will not go wrong with this company as they are totally dedicated to providing you a quality product at a reasonable price.

Chris was very easy to get ahold of any time we had a question. Brian also came over and checked to make sure we were happy with the job.

Chris Wilson, the sales representative, is kind, knowledgeable and patient. He walked us through the entire process of remodeling. Organized the leak detection and paver repair. He helped making the best decisions about color of tile and finish. Our communication was continuous, the time frame was made clear from the beginning and the company stuck to it. We also got instructions on how to start the pool after the work was done. Always felt supported in the process. This was an excellent experience in any aspect!

we had been struggling with a leak in our spa for several years had tried numerous things to fix it. This company was patient with all my concerns and questions and found the problem quickly and fixed it!! It is so nice to have my spa working properly again. He also had a plumber that was great which we used to fix another problem with a leak. I will use this company again for my next project.

Brian has accommodated all of my special requests. I told him there was no rush, so he fit my job in with his other work, but his crew came as soon as available. They are very good at what they do.

Stone changed to less expensive type but no reduction in cost. Way to many stoned ordered in the minim order. Ovet 40 stones non returnable .

Brian was like dealing with a family member. He was very interested in me being happy with the job and the experience His crews were helpful gave good advise and were totally professional. I could not have made a better choice to choose Oasis pool to do my pool resurfacing project. I would recommend them to everyone

On time delivered as promised

Brian is very professional, on time & his employees are very hard workers. They not only did a great job but they think about the process to ensure that our driveway had a great slight slope for when it rains. I highly recommend them!
