Solar Water Heater System Repair

The service person came after several delays. Replaced couple of parts, after that did not stay enough to check whether the solar system is working. He told me he will back in couple day to check the system and to replace another part, even though it is more than 10 days no body showed up or no phone calls. I do not know whether my system is working properly, even after spending around $700.00

Price was lower by about 40% than any other quote. I would have likd to know they were not going to dispose of the old water heater ahead of time and they did no celanup after the job. Neither issue was major but it is worth mentioning if it will help them provide better service in the future.
