Nothing satisfies a customer more than feeling as if one is the number one customer. Oasis Preferred Maintenance answered my request for a quote in less than one day, showed up for the survey on time and performed the job within the time they said it would take. Best service I have received in this area where most professionals stop answering your calls in a timely manner after initial contact.

I was ran OFF the interstate (I485 - Charlotte, NC) by this truck. He was driving completely erratically. Zigzagging through traffic and crossing all 5 lanes of traffic in one sweeping motion. He had a complete disregard for everyone on the road. He chased me for over 10 miles at over 100 mph while making obscenegestures. I only wish the police could have caught up! I am the HR director for a commercial plumbing company (we know a lot of the same people) and had one of our employees drive one of our trucks like this man did I would fire them in a heartbeat.
