I was happy with a heat pump they installed, but the customer service for maintenance was horrendous and reason enough to be wary for anything you'd want to go with them for.

They are responsive and they do a great job.

I really wanted to like these guys. Their tech that came to confirm the problem so that I could competitively bid the replacement of my furnace was great. However, over a week has gone by without receiving a quote for repair or replacement. Multiple calls over multiple days to get something in hand since I was without heat on the bedroom floor of my house and all I got was excuses as to why the single person who has access to that information is unavailable, hopefully, tomorrow, then sorry hopefully today. But patience has its limits. My recommendation for them is to cross-train your employees to meet the needs of the customer. One person cannot be the only one with access to systems. The second is, to be honest and real with customers. Do not set an expectation that a quote will be received in 24-48 hours, then go a week with no answers. That is not how to win business. I will not recommend or turn to Obie for my future needs, instead, I will continue working with my current HVAC company - as will my friends.

I can t say enough about their customer service. I didn t have heat and they told me they were coming on Wednesday to install the furnace and then received a call that they were outside my complex the day before they were scheduled. Vicki, Jeff and the workers were professional and were so nice to work with. I would recommend them to anyone!

Serious problem identified January 30th, 2019. Improper valves on two furnaces. This problem had gone undetected for more than two years, despite clear markings on valves that they were for Liquid Propane (LP) not natural gas, which had been changed in April 2016 when we purchased the property. Per technician, this could cause the Heat Exchanger to burn out prematurely, and it prevented him from setting the gas pressure to 3.5, from the 7 it was when he checked it. Owner indicated on January 30th that problem would be taken care of expeditiously. Four months later, issue has not been resolved, and repeated calls, messages have been ignored by owner! If I could give a Negative rating, this company would get a minus 10!

Fantastic team. Obie and Wundersen are excellent professionals and they know what needs to be done to get the job done in an economical manner with excellent service. I hired them to replace my furnace and add central air and they did all of this and have serviced me for 3 years as well.

Very professional and responsive service personnel. Repaired malfunctioning gas furnace that had baffled others. Decided to have Obie install new gas hot water heating system as well. Very happy with the result. I highly recommend them.

Great Company, Obie Hvac has serviced and installed many of our properties for many years and they also did a complete replacement in my own house. They are courteous, responsive, reasonable and always get the job done right. I will continue to use them. The owner is also very hands on which is really important to me.

Got a good deal from them. They did the work for the price quoted and even fixed a leak in my line without any extra charge. The only problem was that the condenser unit was damaged either when shipped or installed. They initially agreed to replace it but then called back and asked if I would consider accepting a $500 refund instead. We agreed on the refund and my check arrived quickly. I felt they did a good job overall and resolved the damage issue in a fair and amicable way.

Obie was absolutely top-notch. We bad experiences with two other AC companies and Obie was a completely different experience. Practically immediate response time, not wasting any of our time, with excellent organization of their company. Jason, the dedicated phone support guy, was available whenever we needed him and completed tasks so quick. Real delight. Obie came personally the same day we asked for a quote. He is awesome. Super polite and professional, and he gave me a price for the whole installation right on site. PRICE: Obie beat everyone else hands-down. They installed the Mitsubishi system (best ductless system) for about 65% of the first quote that we got. Then the installation was top-tier work. Impressive attention to detail and dedication to quality. Everything looks beautiful and we have a sweet AC system. You are making a mistake to use anyone else but Obie. They are terrific.

They go out of their way to help you out, do things you wouldn't expect them to do.
