He was professional, offered bug education, pointed out areas in my home which needed attention, took care of the problem and offered a great price. I had checked with 8 other companies, they couldn't beat his price.

The professional I worked with is GABE. He personification of empathy, caring, expediency, expert, meeting the needs of the client in all aspects - going above and beyond to get the job done. I felt so terrible about the problem we had and I was working with an inflexible and tight deadline Gabe listened to my needs and my concerns. He accommodated me completely. Gabe of Ocal Pest Control came to our home for a free evaluation of what was digging tunnels in our yard. He set traps the same day and came back every few days until we were all satisfied that the problem was taken care of. He offers free 30 day follow-up if the critters return. He was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. I hope we never need his services again, but if we do, I will hire Ocal in a heart beat.
