I was first offered 2 other companies, that pretty much tried to diagnose my issue by having me send a copy of the units specs...I was told that the unit was to old and had to be replaced, that they would forward a proposal, which I never received. Home adviser called me to get an update on my repair status, and offered 2 other companies...one of which was Lees heating and cooling who met me the same day after work, checked and diagnosed my issue immediately, and told me he can fix it. Lee told me he'd call me the early the next day with results (this would've been a Sat, so I figured Id hear from him by Mon) I received a call from Lee, Sat morning at 8 saying he had found the parts and fixed the problem, he was at my door within 30m to install!! All is working great. I definitely recommend Lees Heating and Cooling

Lee is "The Man" for A/C repair. After consulting with several companies, I come across with Lee and wanted to get another opinion. Most of the big companies in the AC market work only as "replacement" guys and charge extreme numbers to cover their high cost. I have witnessed several fraudulent diagnoses and scare tactics to replace furnaces or AC. Thus, my hopes were quite low. However, from the start Lee gave me the impression of an honest person and throughout the work he did for me, he proved to be a solid guy. He is highly competent in his job. Rather than going to simple and costly solution of throwing away my AC unit, he replaced its compressor and now the unit is working better than it has ever been. Thanks to Lee I didn't have to spend thousands of dollars for a new unit. If I have a need to replace my furnace or AC, he will be the person I shall call in the future.

Showed up immediately and dealt with an unusual issue but was able to diagnose and fix right away.

Emergency got no heat at home ,after many phones called to many places he only one that responded ,a little pricey but cannot complain since no time to shop around.

I contacted Lee when another contractor didn't show up. He was clear on what the issues might be, what his schedule was and kept me updated, gave me a clear estimate and made a suggestion on what to include on seasonal maintenance. He was efficient, pleasant and thorough. He had to swap out a filter and did it promptly the next morning. Reasonably priced for scope of work. I would call him again to maintain the system.

Lee and his assistant, Kevin were reliably on schedule. They were very knowledgable about the furnace and serviced it for a reasonable fee. I would definitely call them again.

I had an emergency situation where my brand new humidifier unit attached to my hvac system was leaking water in 2 places. My installer could not confirm whether they could come out to fix it! Mr. Lee was ready to help me ASAP. Although I did not end up having him come out since my installer called shortly before Mr. Lee’s anticipated arrival, I was so impressed with Mr. Lee’s willingness to come out right away. I’m sure he had other jobs to handle and still made time for an emergency! I would definitely recommend him! He has tons of great reviews and I can confirm he is as great as they say.
