My microwave was not working and Jesse contacted me right away. He gave me an appt a few days later during a busy holiday week. He showed up on time and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He checked everything and tested it for some time. He said if the microwave went out again it was most likely the circuit breaker and offered to replace that if I wanted. I would definitely recommend him.
