Ocean Breeze was extremely thorough and detailed. Pictures provided in the report help greatly. Report was available within 24 hours of inspection and inspector spent an hour with me going over the report. Will use again.

John Hart is very personable and knowledgeable. He covers a lot of information with you to help you understand the process and what to expect. Hit a little hiccup with IT downloading my report, but we are working it out. May be a compatibility issue on my end, but he has been diligent.
