Stairlift Installation and Replacement
Rene is very meticulous and does not quit until the job is completed. He is an excellent elevator repair service provider, fixed the issues that other elevator repair companies couldn't. He does not take short cuts, very honest, great person to work with, and wants to make sure that the work is done correctly. We would highly recommend this company.

I was charged full price for non service. I gave Rene the benefit of the doubt without him contacting me telling status of repair. I contact him after one full week to know if he got needed part? He said no so I told him to forget it because another company had the part and could fix it the next day. I need the elevator to get to third floor of my town-home for my office business and elderly mother. He told me that he will charge me and asked how much thinking a trip fee. I would have paid this instead he said the full price of $300.00. I was very disappointed and frustrated with his lack of service nor contacting me to keep me informed. In fact, I wonder if he would ever call me if I had not called him?? I feel taken advantage of. I would never run my business in this unethical manner with lack of customer service, which is vital to any company to maintain customers. I will not refer Ocean Elevator Company to any potential customer with a residential elevator in my new townhouse community.

"The comments are very inconsistent with the actual facts. When I first spoke this homeowner, I told her the cost of the service call and it would include getting the unit running if no parts were needed. Unfortunately the unit needed a part only available thru the original manufacturer. After sending the manufacture all the required information to obtain the part, it took them 5 days to get back to me with the cost of the part. She advised me that she was not in a rush to get the elevator running as she rarely uses it. They never mention anything about her mother nor has she paid her outstanding invoice."
