Poor communication between the company, the customer, and the maid assigned to do the job kept me from giving them 5 stars. The cleaning, once the maid and I got it scheduled, was excellent and very detailed Unfortunately, the owner never called me back when I requested service or gave me her name. A few days later she sent a maid to my house on a Saturday. I did not know she was coming or even that they worked on Saturday. The maid left a few messages. Only when I called her back was I able to set another time. I later found that she had come on Sat. while I was sleeping, so I did not answer either the door or the phone. Lack of communication caused great inconvenience for both myself and the maid.

Extremely professional, detail oriented, completed all that was requested and very polite. In today's fly by night services, this was a customer delight. I have already scheduled them out for future work. My initial contact with Daniella was a pleasure. I hope it continues to work.
