Great Service and execution

Luis and Dennis are very honest and straight forward. They were very informative about how the pool is made and what to expect. They welcomed any other propsals from other pool companies and promised to either beat their price or give us more for our money. They even took us to one of their just completed jobs to talk their client. The client spoke very highly of them and that's what sold us to go with Oceanic Pool. They are very professional and never said anything bad about their competition. To us that was a sign of a true professional that stands behind their product!

Good job by Oceanic, communication could be improved slightly.

I regret going with Luis and Dennis. Luis comes off as a really nice guy but like every other pool builder all he wants to do is get as many contracts signed as possible. Once you're locked in you re at their mercy. The pool took longer than quoted, the swim out wasn't the size he said it would be, the Venturi jets are a joke. He said they would be like the ones in a jacuzzi but all they are is another return with no real pressure. We have told him several times to fix our deckjets which are almost two inches sunk below the pavers. The pool has had 2 leaks. They are not there every step of your build. We should have went through another company

They were good, on time for the work. They did everything we asked. He is very reasonable. Good experience.
