Please do not trust this company. I thought I would be a customer for life until they damaged my yard, left a leak and stop returning my calls. They were kind and professional, but once a had them complete a larger project, I found they were beyond incompetent. My yard is still damaged 2 months after the work and the pipe they installed has been leaking for weeks. I called, texted, and filed a complaint, but they have failed to respond. With temperatures rising, I was forced to contact another contractor to fix the leak paying for the work twice just to use my irrigation system. I have paid them nearly $1000 dollars only for them to ignore my calls. The worst kind of business!

These guys really knew their business. They diagnosed the problems we had with the irrigation system, and fixed all of them in a very short time. We had expected to pay more than they charged, and so they were a "breath of fresh air. Nice guys, and great work.

I had some zone controls that would not cut off and Jerrod did a great job replacing them. Also, he was on time and keep me posted by text on his arrival time.

Spoke to Drew on Sunday and he confirmed a technician, Jerrod, for our irrigation problem for the next day, Monday.Jerrod came as promised on Monday. Both Drew and Jerrod were very professional. They gave an estimate and charged that amount; no surprises, we loved that. Kudos for their high level of integrity, high level of customer service, high quality and efficient work, and very reasonable prices. Jerrod gave us tips on optimal lawn care and they thanked us repeatedly for our business. We will call them for any future irrigation needs.

Excellent customer service and quick repair time

Drew installed addition to our irrigation system and a rain sensor to the Rain Bird controller. He was extremely helpful in explaining the system to me not once but twice.
