This was a "gut" renovation for a 2/2.5 waterfront apartment on Bay Harbor Islands which included, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical,Tiling , Painting & Venetian plaster - New Open Concept layout. This is a contractor (Nery Quinones), who communicates with and listens to the client. Offering professional advice and suggestions from beginning to end, especially when unexpected problems occur. There was daily supervision and the unbelievable attention to every little detail produced a finished product beyond expectation and rave reviews from all visitors & the major tile supplier was so pleased with the results, that they featured my finished apartment on their web site. Completely pleased and satisfied! Looking at the finished apartment each day just brings a smile to my face! THANK YOU NERY !!!

Nery is the general contractor and is very hands on, ensuring that the work is done well and on time. She is personable and responsible. There were no surprises! She also kept us informed of progress during the process.

I had tile installed and painting done in my apartment. Everyone who worked was very professional. I will specifically point out Nery Quiñones, the project manager. Other than being very professional she was very hands on, everyday working alongside her crew. Also very detail-oriented making sure everything was perfect and clean when the project was done. She went beyond what was required of her. In a year or so I will have my kitchen redone and I will hire her again for sure.

I am very satisfied with the work done. Went above my expectations and paid a lot of details to the work (ex: took off the old screws from my hurricane panels, filled the holes in and painted to look like they were never there). Communication was excellent, I always knew what/when something was happening. Plus, the longest warranty of work I was quoted; highly recommend this company.
