Our technician Brad was thorough and took the time to diagnose the problem.We had another company come out before and they said we needed a new hvac system without a thoroughly diagnosing the problem and saved us thousands.

Brad is current on the latest technology yet experienced enough to fix the old stuff. What I like best about him is he will fix it and not upsell. He is very thorough and professional. His skills don't stop at HVAC either; so don't worry about hiring someone else if there is a little carpentry or plumbing required.

O'Donnell HVAC Services LLC is a top notch, business. Friendly, dependable at reasonable prices. Also Brad is very knowledgeable and explains everything heâ s going to install. He is very clean and neat. He always wore his covers over his work boots I highly recommend his work.

When I called for service, they were promptly there the next day! Very knowledgeable about what need to be repaired. Respectful to me. My air conditioner ran better than it ever did, my house is 34 years old!
