The owner Mike Odum was heavily involved and had his hands in every aspect of the job. Very accessible and professional. The quality of the work was fantastic and coming from an OCD perfectionist that says a lot. Highly recommend.

Mike Odum is an experienced professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, resourceful, honest and a gentlemen. All the members of his team and his subcontractors also matched his qualities. Odum Construction took on a challenging renovation of a 1,200 square foot, 45 year old condo, including tile flooring throughout, replacing the kitchen and two full baths, including cabinets, quartz countertops, lighting, frameless shower doors, rewiring, reconfiguring and updating closets and adding a washer/dryer inside the unit. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We live out of state but we were constantly consulted via phone, text and pictures. We highly recommend Odum Construction.

ALTHOUGH THE PROJECT WAS COMPLICATED AND REQUIRED MULTIPLE TRADES, THE ODUM COMPANY WAS ALWAYS IN CONTROL. THE COMPANY WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE FOR PROGRESS REVIEWS AND UPDATES ON THE PROJECT. I APPRECIATE, ABOVE ALL, THE HUMAN TOUCH AND THE PERSONAL CONTACTS PROVIDED BY MICHAEL ODUM AND HIS TEAM.

very courteous professional and hard working employees. We had a big job done, the work is not finished, we had a delay in obtaining the town permits due to omission of the architect to submit energy figures and a couple of pages of the design, but work is now developing at a good speed.

I had other quotes and mr. Odum repaired my home at a reasonable lower cost. In a timely fashion.

Everyone was so nice and professional. The bathroom looks great and is really functional for my sister who is disabled. If I am ever in the need for a construction company again, I will without a doubt use Odum.
