Its hard to get in touch with him, he does not return any phone calls or messages, the seat cushions were nice but he has my 40 year old table and has not returned it after 6 weeks, I will not be able to replace that table.

I contracted Odyssey Restorations to reupholster an original Staton Cooper couch, chairs, and ottoman. The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and I thought they would provide a quality service. After I committed to the job, the company first lost my fabric selection and I had to drive to Durham to pick another. The second fabric was not available through the manufacturer, which I found out days later, and had to return to choose a third choice. Due to this a project that was scheduled to have taken 6 weeks, took 3 months to complete. When the furniture was finally delivered to my home, the legs of the couch that were supposed to be refinished were untouched. They mended them in my driveway with a marker. The ottoman cushion was supposed to be replaced, it was not. Now, close to a year later, the cushions on the couch have worn what I would expect to for 5 year or more. Previously, we had 25 year old upholstery and our cushions did not wear like this. It is not an issue with the fabric, but an issue with the foam and inter work of the job. The corners are saggy, and in the cushions on the chairs have 2 extra inches of fabric with no foam to fill them out. Ultimately, the company did grant me 10% off the job, however, for a job that cost over $5,000, I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this company to others, we would have been better off keeping our 25 year blue and mauve plaid!

They cut our table from counter height to standard. Our table had big intricate legs. They did a great job and we were very happy with their work and that they could help us to keep our table so we wouldn't have to look for a another one like it. They're also very friendly and easy to talk to and kept in constant contact with us from beginning to end.

Frank Cowley and his team did a phenomenal job. I have hired them three times this year. They will be completing a new project for me in 2019. You won't find a better company.

This site showed a review by me that was completely false. The service, workmanship and quality of upholstery and refinishing was WAY below par. Very unprofessional. I had to send the project back to be re-done, the staining of the ottoman was not complete, the cushion was very poorly done, and I had to add my own filling to the chair back. DO NOT use these people or trust any of the reviews. I did not EVER say that they were awesome as shown above for a job done ion June of 2018. The BBB gives them an F rating and I wish that I had done more research instead of relying on HomeAdvisor. I had to threaten the vendor with non payment in order to have them fix the initial job. Never again.

Frank, Ryan and the crew at Odyssey did an amazing job! As a surprise birthday gift, my wife took them a cedar chest my grandfather had made 60 years ago. The outside of the chest was almost destroyed from years of neglect. They completely restored and refinished it, added new hardware and added custom built feet. The best part was that they left the inside unfinished in order to show the original craftsmanship of my grandfather's work! The finished product is so nice that we now use it as a coffee table in our living room! Great work and great customer service from the Odyssey team!

Frank and Ryan did an excellent job repairing our favorite sofa. They were pleasant, fast and very kindly helped us move furniture to reorganize when they returned the sofa. Great work. Nice people.

Frank is passionate about what he does and conveyed this in our first conversation. He took the time to come out to look at the furniture to give me a quote, unlike others that just said to send them pictures. He loves what he does and cares about his customers. He went above and beyond on my project and I ended up giving him more work and have referred him out to family. Could not be more pleased!

He hasn't even done the job yet but I know 100% it is going to be wonderful! Such a nice man!
