Told me three different times that he would be out. One time he texted and said he was on his way, but then did not show up for 3 hours. when he finally did arrive, he wanted more money from the original quote. He left with places still not mowed or weeded. When I texted him about it, his reply was....well it had not been mowed for 5 months. This is March, I had it mowed in late October, before Winter set in. Regardless of when it was mowed last, I still expect a quality job! I will never use them again!

Shrub Trimming or Removal Service
They did not clean up very well after they did the trimming there were a lot of limbs and shrubbery left I had to clean up and they came when I was not home so I was not able to actually OK everything they did.

Overall, I am please with Joel and his team. They were not the cheapest and also not he most expensive so definitely reasonable! I had them do basically a demo of the prior landscaping which had way too much going on with trees and various plants/shrubs. They were here working hard for hours and covered almost all the items we previously discussed. I plan to rehire Off Duty Firefighter Lawn Care to maintain my yard on an ongoing basis and probably to do some additional work as well. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we never made it on their schedule. I had to text multiple times to get them to show up. When they did show finally it looked like they used the trimmer on the grass which resulted in a large burnt area. I was willing to use them again even after that but again no response to my text. So we are moving on to someone who wants our business.

"We try to do our very best. We where told to come once a month and lawn would be done during the week and should not be overgrown which was really overgrown. We do not have time to go over lawn 6 times we have other customers that expect us to be there weekly. We try to focus more on weekly mowing than onetime due to more repetitive business. Thank you and sorry we could not continue business."
