Off Duty Firefighter Lawn Care

Told me three different times that he would be out. One time he texted and said he was on his way, but then did not show up for 3 hours. when he finally did arrive, he wanted more money from the original quote. He left with places still not mowed or weeded. When I texted him about it, his reply was....well it had not been mowed for 5 months. This is March, I had it mowed in late October, before Winter set in. Regardless of when it was mowed last, I still expect a quality job! I will never use them again!

They did not clean up very well after they did the trimming there were a lot of limbs and shrubbery left I had to clean up and they came when I was not home so I was not able to actually OK everything they did.

Overall, I am please with Joel and his team. They were not the cheapest and also not he most expensive so definitely reasonable! I had them do basically a demo of the prior landscaping which had way too much going on with trees and various plants/shrubs. They were here working hard for hours and covered almost all the items we previously discussed. I plan to rehire Off Duty Firefighter Lawn Care to maintain my yard on an ongoing basis and probably to do some additional work as well. Thank you!

Did a poor job and when I asked him what he could do, he was very rude in his response.

Great job and fast! Easy to work with and exceeded expectations!

Quick and easy.

When I complained about the broken sprinklers they came out and fixed immediately they were very nice about it

Phenomenal from beginning to end

Work was performed in a timely manner without supervision. Professional services.

I am very happy with the trimming of my front house bushes.

Happy with his service. He shaped and trimmed my bushes. Will recommend him and use his service again.

Unfortunately, we never made it on their schedule. I had to text multiple times to get them to show up. When they did show finally it looked like they used the trimmer on the grass which resulted in a large burnt area. I was willing to use them again even after that but again no response to my text. So we are moving on to someone who wants our business.

Great job and very reasonable. Cleaned up 100% of limbs and leaves, even finished up with a leaf blower.

Did a good job. Followed through and completed it. Recommend you use them.

He has only done one job for me. Price is good. He is very responsive and nice.

The owner is very personable and the first service was fine. Hope service continues on this level.
