I hired this contractor In April and you provided a down payment of $1250, this contractor did tell me that he would have the job done in three weeks it has been three months and I still haven't heard from him. He will not answer my calls or messages And the job has not even been started.

He showed up did half the work. I still have a leak and he will not come back or answer my calls.. Bad experience and I would never recommend this company.. Their name is Off the deep end.

"This customer requested that I change his skimmer plates and gaskets because he said they were leaking. I did exactly that and waited to bill him to make sure it worked. He filed his pool back up and the water level dropped below his skimmers. I told him I would plug his light conduit because the conduit leaks quite often in pools. His light niche was full of dirt. I cleaned it out and installed plug. He says he is still loosing water. I have completed the agreed upon task and not been paid as of yet. I will not be doing any other work for him until his account is brought up to date."

I hired them to open my pool because I had recently bought the house and I had no experience with pools. He told me I needed a new pump and sand filter to which he installed but never got to running correctly. After dodging me for over 2 weeks and never coming back out like he said he would I finally had another pool service come out. They quickly noticed that the sand filter plumbing had been installed incorrectly. Now nearly a month later, instead of an open pool which I hired him for, I still have a green pool plus a repair bill for equipment I'm not sure I even needed to begin with.

Had Daryle and his employees install a pool liner. The liner itself looks good. In the contract he stated that they would add salt to the pool and adjust the chemicals; here it is three weeks later and my water is green. Had water tested the salt level is half of the required level. We have to add 200+lbs of salt. He responded with " I cannot be responsible for your pool chemistry much more then a week outside of when I tested it." In addition to that, his employees left trash all along my property when they came to work. They used bricks I had to stabilize their equipment, my wheelbarrow; everything they used they left it and did not put it back where they found it. They emptied my filter sand, dumped it in my backyard, which has now washed into my lawn.

"Customer waited 3 weeks to test his Pool chemistry after we were finished and final payment was made. There were no complaints or mention of any punch list items until he neglected his pool for 3 weeks. We would have gladly remedied any of his complaints if any of this would have been brought up prior to him accepting the job and issuing final payment."

Daryl cleaned our pool at another home for the 5 years we lived there. . We did not hestitate to have him build the pool in the new home. The thing is awesome. We can not stop looking at it. The design and quality are magnificant. This is the 3rd pool we have built and by far our favoiite. We love our backyard, the pool is the perfect addition. If we did not have to work, we would be in the pool all day.
