"Customer wants the cleaning on a specific day such as Sundays. Customer never disclosed that her house was not previously cleaned, which required a Deep Cleaning that took more than the hours discussed, yet customer was not charged extra.Customer showed satisfaction after a job well done to perfection. Further, Customer was never willing to negotiate other days but Sundays, which is my time spend with my Family, my kids, and Church. I am happy that now-a-days we have new technologies that allow us to communicate via emails, text messages etc. There are always better ways to talk like adults instead of using the media, or applications such as Home Advisor as retaliation and slander (like hearsay you say). It has been over a month and a half since I met with client. As of now, I am still on business and I like what I do. If anyone likes my job and the performance I do, great and if not, there are more than 1200 cleaners around PB County. I understand that not everyone will ever be happy but at the same time we cleaners do a service not a charitable work. Not all of us are the same and not all of us are good nor bad.
