On time. Very responsive. Worked efficiently.

I hired them to fix a Delta shower-head drip - he went to Lowes to buy a new cartridge.. returned in about 1 hr. later and replaced the cartridge. Less than 2 wks. Later, the shower head was leaking -worse than a drip. Immediately called. He would him, and he said he would not be able to return for a week...I took the cartridge out and went to Lowes to buy a new one....there were 3 that had been opened and taped asked, so I spoke to a Lowes employee who suggested I contact Delta. At home, I pulled his receipt and noticed that he charged me $74.98 for a Delta Cartridge, and what he bought was an off-brand cartridge, which was $34.98.....after contacting him, I refunded $40 and did not deny the overcharge - he is dishonest; so I do not recommend him and I suggest always getting a receipt from the store to avoid overcharging......being an ex-cop, I would have thought he would have been an honest person.

Was not reliable in showing up on time. never returned an extension cord. brought some to the worksite and expected him to get paid. Work left unfinished.

Job not finished to my (or anyone) satisfaction. will have to hire another company to finish job.

This team did two projects for our family, putting together a large wooden playset and re-staining our large multi-tiered deck. They were communicative, prompt, professional, friendly, answered questions as needed and went above and beyond to complete the job in a timely manner. They did an excellent job on both projects! We would highly recommend them to others.

Itâ s so hard to find a company that will actually come to your home when promised to do relatively small jobs anymore but this company came exactly when promised, introduced themselves upon arrival and immediately started to work after a walk through to make sure they did the exact work I wanted. They did and cleaned up everything when leaving. I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

I contacted Officer Fix It for several projects around my home including drywall repair, repair of cabinet door that wouldn't close, and hanging of 5 window boxes . After recently becoming a widow, it can be quite intimidating trying to find honest trustworthy people. I can say without hesitation, that Tom was an answer to prayer, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. He was able to schedule the work within a week and was right on time. Besides being very reasonable in pricing and hardworking, he was a most kind and considerate individual.

I can't say enough about Officer Fix It! I needed ceiling fans installed in all three bedrooms. Tom quoted a more than fair price for the installations and was able to schedule me soon after I contacted him. The day of, he was right on time. He and another employee got the job done quickly and efficiently, carted off all trash and cleaned up. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a single mom of an adult child with disabilities, there are times when I just can't do it all and now I have the peace of mind that there's a reliable, very reasonably priced service (Licensed and Insured) I can contact.

Tom is very professional. Prompt and tidy. He does what he says he will do it, when he says he will do it and for how much he says he will do. He did not leave a big mess behind in fact for a very small fee hauled off some extra junk for me as well.
