    I hired them to do my gutters on my home and to also do exterior work for my business. They put up siding and fans for my business for my outdoor sitting. They did not disrupt my business hours. They came as promised before we opened and finished the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up after them selves as well. As for my home the same thing. I would hire them again and recommend them.

    We hired them to do the inside and outside of a room that was for a jacuzzi. Siding in and out door windows and they did great and the price perfect!! Would use them again!!!

    Great price, great work. They installed 3 attic vents and 1 solar powered attic vent fan. Showed pictures of finished work. Showed pictures of existing water damage on roof that should be fixed. I like that they told me about it since it will cause problems later if not fixed. I will hire them to do the roof at a later date.

    I would be happy to adjust this if Official Construction is able to reach an agreement with me. Official Construction repaired a number of issues with our roof which seem to be working well. However, they installed a chimney flashing for us - After consulting with three different roofers, it has come to our attention that the flashing work on the chimney was not executed properly. Specifically, it was noted that the step flashing on the side of the chimney was omitted, and the shingles were not appropriately layered over the step flashing. Furthermore, the counter flashing was not adequately cut into the chimney. We have asked them to refund us the amount for the proper installation of the new chimney flashing. I reached out to them via email on 11/29/23 and 11/30/23 and they have not answered any emails. I would love to work this out and update my review.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
