My experience was excellent. He called me right away. Was there within an hour. And in the next hour and 1/2 I had a new hot water heater. He was friendly and professional and explained everything. I would totally recommend Offset Piping to everyone!!

Had an emergency repair of a pipe backup with sewage backing up into my kitchen sink. Disgusting! So, I used Home Advisor to get a plumber to my house as quick as possible. Before I hung up with Home Advisor, Dave, called me to respond to my problem! He was very personable and responsive. Showed up on time, fixed the problem quickly, with a fair price, and didn't leave a mess. He also gave us some good tips on how to prevent the problem from ocurring again! Will use him for future emergencies and future home projects. Highly recommend Dave.

As soon as I met him I felt comfortable with him. He checked all the faucets in my home, to make sure they were working. He checked my hot water, as well. He was neat, as well.

Dave, the owner of the business was very efficient, knowledgeable, and in total control of the project from start to finish. He went out of the way to match another item, a soap dispenser, to the style and color of our sink/faucet install. He cleaned up the work area, gave us helpful cleaning hints to keep our new faucet and dispenser in top working order. We have already put in another visit in the spring for him to do another job for us. If you are looking for a great worker and business man- then Dave S. is your man.
