The only issue I had was that the carpet was very wet. It was not heavily soiled to require extra chemical. I would suggest having it extracted a second time. It took 36 hours to dry. Other than that Ed was great and did a good job.

Ed was a pleasure to deal with. I needed all the rungs cleaned so the new tenants could move in. While the construction grade carpets are 7 years old, the chocolate milk stains and the everyday grim all was removed. In about an hour, the carpets looked brand new. Offshore will be my first call anytime I need my carpets cleaned. Great experience, fair prices and 5 star service.

Ed is a real professional and just a nice guy. Power washed my house, just the areas needed, north facing side and rain spouts. He charged accordingly, not an entire house price, it didn't need it. Great job from A to Z.

Very professional, courteous, friendly. Cleaned two leather chairs and gave a lot of tips on how to care for them in the future. He brought no special tools, just a bucket, leather cleaner and rags. He was here for about an hour. After he left, we noticed many places, especially in folds or creases, that were not clean. We had greater expectations of a pro who charged $180 for one hour of work, not including travel time.
