Ogburn Construction has done three projects for me over the past year, and all three were top-notch. In Dec they replaced my front walk. I was so delighted with their craftsmanship and work ethic that I contacted them again this summer to repair cracks and dips in my driveway, and to pour a concrete pad near my crawl door. As before, every interaction was exceptionally satisfying, from Danielle as the office liaison to each and every person who worked on these various jobs. I give Ogburn Construction my highest possible rating!

The guys did a great job

The techs were very professional and very knowledgeable. They did a great job on the concrete repaid in both garages and the sidewalk.

Ogburn office staff (Steven and Danielle) and field staff (Jacob) are very professional and detail oriented. The work crew (Todd and Brian) were very prompt, professional, focused, efficient, and diligent. Having had a bad job done by a cheaper contractor previously, Ogburn Construction came in and did everything properly and correctly for my exposed aggregate concrete driveway, walks, and Portland cement basketball court. Professionally power washed all concrete pavement, removed old wood expansion joints in the driveway, tediously cleaned and sealed all the cracks and joints, and applied top sealer for a beautiful and durable finish.

From the sales representative to customer service and the technician performing the job it was a vet good experience. Highly recommend.

At first the driveway was not the color we expected. We called Steven Ogburn and he came out worked to get the product we wanted. The driveway looks very good they stood behind their work. We are very pleased with the way Mr. Ogburn worked with us.

The entire process from start to finish with Ogburn Construction was wonderful! Marcus came out to give us an estimate and spent alot of time showing us what needed to be done and options, Brian and Noah, who did the actual repairs worked super hard all day, repairing everything in our large driveway, 2 sidewalks and large patio, and Danielle helped with all questions on scheduling and financing. We could not be more pleased with the quality of workmanship and excellent service provided by all of the Ogburn employees!! Definitely highly recommend to anyone needing these services. 5+++

Good job of explaining and illustrating how they would repair my walkway//ground gutter and what the expected objective would be. Good presentation of options. On-site personnel were informative and very professional. Also prompt and diligent in their work.

These folks are perfectionists. Very hardworking and do an outstanding job!

The contractor arrived on a day I was out of town. They did good work repairing our front porch cracks, sidewalk, and step cracks as well as the cracks in our side yard patio concrete slab. However, the crew missed our backyard patio area completely that was written into the contract. More importantly, they demanded my wife pay them on the spot or they would leave. My wife asked to delay payment until I arrived home later in the day to inspect! Since the crew supervisor missed the backyard patio area, I had to call Danielle to reschedule a second visit. The first reschedule date was canceled due to rain in the area. They return the next day to complete the job!! I would not highly recommend this company although I appreciated their mailed advertising materials that showed their many projects and the ways to use them. Marcus, the front-end sales rep did a great job explaining everything the company did with a breakdown of all costs related to each option. Would recommend if you decide to use them to ensure you read your contract carefully to know what you are paying for and that the crew on site reads it too so the work can be completed in one day!

Our sidewalk had become cracked and uneven over the years. Ogburn leveled the sidewalk and sealed the cracks for a reasonable price. Their work was timely and professional.

My garage floor slab had serious cracks in it and had dropped down significantly over the years. Ogburn construction was hired for the repair and I was impressed with their service. They communicated with me multiple times during the project and answered all of my questions. The attention to detail that the work crew showed to the repair work was impressive as was the final result. I highly recommend their services for concrete repair.

Came and did a good job but not perfect. Just as expensive as replacing the same amount of damaged concrete walk. Would recommend.

I discovered Ogburn from a mailbox flyer. My problem was an uneven sidewalk panel that created a standing pool of water every time it rained. I scheduled an appt. for a quote on getting the problem corrected. As scheduled, design technician Drew Whitlock made a site visit, evaluated my problem and provided me with recommendations and several quotes for correction. He was extremely courteous and professional in answering all of my questions. As a result, I contracted with Ogburn to do the job. Team A called me 1/2 hour prior to their scheduled arrival time to confirm they were enroute. They arrived at the schedule time and proceeded to get to work. As they worked, they pointed out what they were doing, and inquired several times if I had any questions. Team A was quite efficient and professional with their work. At the conclusion, they ensured that I was satisfied and was able to take payment right on the spot. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the efficiency and quality of the work by Ogburn Construction from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I contacted Ogburn Construction, Inc. after seeing one of their TV ads. They specialize in concrete driveway and sidewalk repair. Although we were very skeptical of their processes for lifting sunken and cracked drives and sidewalks, we were hopeful that their sales presentation and free quote would be the answers to our concrete problems. Well, after the sales rep made his presentation and presented his findings and recommendations, we were more than impressed. All of the reviews we had seen online were positive, and the customer photos of their previous work were quite impressive. We signed the contract and less than a month later, they were onsite working on our sunken and cracked garage floor, driveway, and sidewalks. All of the workers and supervisory staff were friendly, professional and polite, and they worked extremely hard in the terrible July heat, which was in the high 90's. I remained skeptical of the final results throughout the repair process, but when we saw the final product we were literally blown away by what they accomplished. They lifted our garage floor so there was no gap at the bottom of my garage door, and they lifted our driveway and sidewalks so they were level again. All of the cracks were repaired and colored to match the concrete, and they even scrubbed the aggregate driveway and sidewalks and applied a commercial sealant to make everything look brand new. I can't thank Ogburn Construction enough for their hard work and improvements to our home. Both my wife and I would recommend them to anyone with similar concrete issues. J. S.
