Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
I told the owner and the works to pick up all things a animal would get into everyday at the end. THEY DIDN'T. My concrete slab crack after 4 month's in the middle. I have dog's not only the trash, nails and screws all over the place every night. They use the concrete forms that had concrete on them in the structure.

"The area around this home needed a lot of trash removed before we could start . ( hoarder house ) There was old windows ,doors , sheet metal, and rotting lumber everywhere . We had to haul a lot Of trash to be able to start . I had to talk him into letting us do this so we could work . We also ran a magnet over the back yard several times to pick up rusted nails so we could work safely . The owner would not let us do any relief cuts to prevent the concrete from cracking . I made the owner aware of this but he opted not have the cuts anyway . He had us separate the dirt he thought was his from different colored grains of dirt he thought was ours . After doing a lot free cleaning and separating the dirt grains I'm surprised he still gave us a poor review ."

Sean and crew do excellent work. He is very professional from the bidding process to the end of the project. The construction crew did an excellent job on the project and kept the job site clean all the way through. I would hire again and have referred many to him.

Sean was a blast to work with. there were no problems in getting anything done on my house. great guy to work for you. awlays available and a ton of knowledge to share for those who want to do some work on the house while he is there. excellent crew. work area was always cleaned up everyday. could not have had a better time getting my house done. Sean Ogilvy is honest, reliable, trustworthy and has a very good attitude. I am doing a home renovation project currently and I am very much happy with his services. You will have peace of mind if you work with him. I can very much relate to this as I had a bad experience working with another contractor earlier. Sean's planning and execution is impeccable and he never comes up with any surprises. He is very easy to work with , and I will give him more than 5 star for his work ethics. He performs his job within the said time frame, and I can recommend him to any one without any hesitation. I am lucky to get him as my contractor .

Sean was fantastic to work with and always very conscientious. He came in ahead of schedule and on budget. Anytime there was an issue with budget it was clearly explained and agreed upon before changes were made. Sean was on site everyday and if late or delayed always called. I would definitely use Sean again and he is highly recommended!
