Scott did a fantastic job. Unfortunately when we needed to make changes I got him to text and recommend the change, but have not been able to get to do the changes on the plan for the city for the past two weeks . I leave messages once a day, my husband has left messages , but NO ANSWER. SAD, as he is talented 1-21-15 never got a reply and spent almost as much the second time. for another engineer. Guess I know why his first rating was bad

I had a small residential project. Scott Ogren came over because he was in the area and walked through the house. Seemed like a nice guy. I told him I would like some plans to be drawn up and he said they would be done in a week or so. I paid him for his time to consult and do measurements for the plans. It's been almost a month and I can't reach him. I have tried calling, texting and emailing. I had to start over again and hire a reputable SE. Unfortunate.

The structural inspection went well, but Scott never followed through with the written inspection as promised. Emails and messages were never returned. We waited 4 weeks before writing this review in hopes that he would respond, but no luck.
