He was very professional and thorough. He replied promptly and gave me a quote. He arrived on time when he said he was coming and installed a walk-in shower and doors with a lot of extra work which appeared when he got the old tub out. What a great job he and his assistant did! I would hire him again for projects.

Wow where to begin. Patrick gave me a estimate that was to say the least half the price of competitors. His helper and Patrick were very kind and met the specific needs of mine. They were very careful to not leave any mess or debris behind. They painted and remodel my bathroom and there was not one run or blemish in the paint they did. They finishedA day and a half earlier than scheduled. I have already recommended to family members to get some work done as well. Patrick Eads, owner of Ohana, and his assistant responded quickly to my initial texts and calls. They clearly wanted our business. They were always on time, despite an hour's commute to dad's house. My dad, who is aging in place at age 92, needed a walk-in tub and higher toilet. Both men were so kind and patient with dad, who was clearly anxious about completing the work, and they were eager to meet his needs throughout the renovation. Their work began on time and was completed in four days--excellent timing, considering that they removed old tile on the existing tub surround and installed new tile, removed the old porcelain tub, took down the door and surrounding woodwork to install the new tub, went with us to Lowe's to pick out a new toilet and sink cabinet/faucet, and repaired tile in the bathroom. Most impressive was Patrick's return to finish up a few details after we had already paid him in full. I would definitely hire Ohana again!

Second time I called this company in for the same problem. They had to direct the city of Portsmouth as to where the problem was. It took a while but when Portsmouth finally showed up, they had replaced the damaged clean out that Portsmouth couldn't use the first call but insured the total repair was better than ever. Did it in the rain and sleet but no complaints from them or me either. So professional and accurate. They are on my speed dial for all plumbing.

Very nice people and very professional. I must have misunderstood the pricing (on phone I thought I heard $85/hr) in real life $170 for an hour, but I was so happy to have issue resolved and I would definitely use them again.

These guys were super also professional. Couldn't ask for anything better. Made the city of Portsmith Look at bad. They went out of their way to correct a problem that was the original when we bought the place. I will hire them again for any work like this they're super.
