The company has great public service! The work was done on time and completed to my satisfaction with one exception. I was left with a pile of dirt that will be an additional expense to remove and, despite assurances, it will not settle to an acceptable level. The cleanup could be improved.

Not a bad company really worked with me on time and price of the project. Overall I am happy but they left my house trashed there was dust everywhere all over my clothes, walls, and floors also if you are particular like I am you could see a negative change in the quality of their work from the Strat to finish of the project particularly their work on filling the cracks in my basement. UPDATE: Glen came out and resolved all of our issues. Very pleased that you've been taken care of and I adjusted the rating to reflect the new service.

Basement Authority performed all of the needed setup work before the dig, arrived exactly on time for the dig, were professional the entire day, and left my yard looking better than I could have hoped.
