He explain the work, but I have no knowledge of concrete. This is all new to me. Just for a small job,I thought they were expenses,but once again I do not know about concrete.

Everyone, from the Office Staff to the crew that came out to do the actual work were great. They were efficient, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves. They fixed the wall in a timely manner. I liked the 10yr warranty. Everyone was professional from sales to completion. Another realtor told me he had other homes fixed by them and they did a great job. It made me feel better about choosing them. I thought the price was very reasonable too.

Actually the drain work in the house was great. But, they dug the drain to the street a mere 18 inches away from my maple tree in my front yard, left concrete dust and chunks all over the driveway, sidewalk and porch. And now my 80ft tall tree is dying. Not happy, not getting any concern from the company. They are like aww to bad so sad.

This company was friendly and very professional. They actually asked to come out a day early. The work was completed within a few hours. The price was within my projections. Communications were excellent, with reminders and follow up.

We had just purchased our first home and needed to have the front concrete landing lifted as over the years it had settled and sunk deep in the ground. The problem we had is that the waterline was right under it, so we needed a fix that wouldn't add a lot of weight to the landing. This is where their polylevel material was important as it is practically weightless, all while lifting the concrete slab. The estimate was very detailed and precise. They had a little wiggle room in regards to the cost. And they had the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Most importantly, the quoted price is what you pay, no matter how much material they have to use. The technicians for both for the estimate and install were on time. They called twice on the same day to confirm the appointment (morning & right before the appointment). They were very meticulous about their work and made sure to clean up after themselves.

I had a good experience with this team. Solid customer service and consultation up front. Workers arrived on time and were courteous, professional and cleaned up after the job. Would have rated 5 stars, except that the trench drain was not installed square. But it seems to have resolved my drainage issue so I'm overall satisfied with the work.

The service workers and estimator did a great job of repairing the water line. But the office people were not helpful.

Ohio Basement Authority was very professional from beginning to end. We had just purchased a home on some acreage that did not have city storm sewer and drainage on the property and is situated in a low lying area. We were planning to finish the basement and invest in that area of the house for our family. With that in mind, we had Travis come out for an assessment and recommendations. Travis spent all the time necessary and helped us understand what was needed for our situation. We ended up with the Water Guard and Smart Wall product as well as a new sump pump. John and the install team came out right on schedule and provided very professional and expert service. We highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority and specifically Travis and John to anyone who needs basement work!

They are the first to not try and convince me I needed a lot more work than what actually was required, but at the same time made sure I got what I truly needed for my issue. They were very thorough from start to finish. I will be using them again.

This was a fan install for Radon Mitigation, including a reseal of our sump pit. They did a great job. Professional. Cleaned up well after the install. I'd hire them again.
