I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of a scheduled two-day project that was recently supposed to take place. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been marred by significant issues, causing both inconvenience and frustration on my end. On the first day of the scheduled project, a delay occurred due to missing paperwork on your end. Instead of taking accountability for this oversight, the production manager attempted to shift blame onto us. It is crucial to note that all necessary paperwork had been signed a month prior, and we received confirmation that everything was in order. This contradiction raises concerns about the internal communication and responsibility within your organization. They also did not perform all the work that we were quoted for. Originally the laborer mentioned that one of the floors there was "nothing" they could do for it. However this was already in the price paid. The situation escalated further on the second day when the project team failed to show up. I was informed that this was a result of a failure to properly coordinate with a third party your company utilizes. Despite being assured that the day was a mere placeholder, I find it unacceptable given that this appointment had been confirmed multiple times and set in place over a month ago. This mismanagement has not only resulted in a project left incomplete but has also led to the wastage of a day off from work. Now, I am faced with the prospect of having to take another day off for the completion of a project that should have been executed as planned. I urge you to investigate and address these issues promptly. I expect a resolution to be provided at the earliest convenience, including any necessary compensation for the time and resources wasted due to the mishandling of this project.

Basement is dry

They were professional, easy to work with and quick. Wish they would have cleaned up better and checked details a little more before leaving the job.

These guys worked a miracle. My kitchen floor was sinking into my basement. To set the jacks and beams for the floor, Rocco, Sean, and their crew had to crawl back four feet, through an area that had only about a foot of clearance and that was mostly blocked by an HVAC system. Then, they had to excavate manually so that they could pour concrete support for the jacks. The crew completed the job in a day and a half and were courteous, professional, and polite throughout. I highly recommend them for any foundation repair project.

Installers were courteous and competent. Job was way too expensive.

My husband and I hired Ohio Basement Systems to complete our basement waterproofing project. We were satisfied with the work that was done. The company provides great customer service and follows through on their commitment to complete the project. In particular our experience with Kevin Sweeney and Alex was wonderful! Kevin has been great as project manager, answering any questions we had about our system during and after install. Alex came out to do our one year routine inspection. It was a rainy day of the appointment and he took off his shoes before coming into the house, was courteous of our house.

Some rework is needed but overall not bad. They were quick, just not as thorough as what I expected. Had to call to get a cleanout cover they did not put on.

Installer, Chris Shewell sized up the installation and found a way for smooth install. Others could not do the install.

Cons: Took almost a full year to complete a two week project after the contract was signed. Many areas of the completed project had to be done over because of sloppy work or installed incorrectly. This included breaking out new concrete and relaying drain lines or not following the blue prints. Watch where and how they park their equipment. A run away trailer will wreck your barn also. Will never recommend this company. Pros: Always called before showing up.

Nick was very professional and very helpful. I would recommend him. Nick did a great job.

I have not received the system yet, but my service guy that came out was wonderful. Michael McIntire was honest, professional, and reasonably priced. He got us on the schedule right away and I look forward to installation.

Crew Aaron, Seth, and Dustin arrived on time daily. Aaron was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Crew was polite and respectful of my property.

Ohio Basement Systems was great to work with and installed a high quality sump and battery back-up system.
