NO HIGH PRESSURE FROM SALESMAN. THE CREW WORKED VERY HARD AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE TIME PROMISED, GOOD CLEANUP. THEY RAN INTO SOME UNEXPECTED PLUMBING PROBLEMS AND THE COMPANY TOOK CARE OF IT WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.

THEY CAME OUT AND WATERPROOFED THE BASEMENT. SINCE THEN WEVE HAD LOTS OF RAIN AND WATER IS GETTING INTO OUR BASEMENT. IVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, THEY HAVE BEEN RUDE ON THE PHONE, BUT SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEYVE BEEN BACK TWICE AND STILL MY BASEMENT IS HAVING WATER COMING INTO IT. THEY HAVENT FIXED THE PROBLEM AND I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE WORK. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE COMPANY. THEIR ATTITUDE HAS BEEN VERY UNPLEASANT IN WANTING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

WE DIDNT REALIZE THEY WERE NOT GOING TO PUT OUR LANDSCAPING BACK TO NORMAL. WE ARE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK, DRAINAGE IS WORKING, BUT LANDSCAPING IS NOT BACK..CONFUSION WITH COOMUNICATION IN THE CONTRACT OVER CLEANUP. WE HAD TO DO ALL THE WORK TO CLEANUP AND REPLANT. WE ALSO HAD TO SMOOTH OUR YARD OUT OURSELVES.

THEY DID ADDITIONAL WORK THAT THE SALESMAN DID NOT INCLUDE ON HIS ESTIMATE FOR FREE AND WITHOUT A HASSLE. THERE WAS INVESTIGATION (QUESTIONING OF THE SALESMAN) OF THE QUOTE BY THE FOREMAN. AN EXTRA PUMP WAS REQUIRED AND AN ADDITIONAL 12 FEET OF GUTTER PLUS THE EXCAVATION AND ADDITIONAL COMPONENTS.
