Andy was very professional polite made me feel very comfortable over the phone. And he was just as i expected he would be i am in sales and i'm not an easy sale he did a great job explaining and showing me with his camera in the duct i can't say enough about his company i have already passed out several of his cards that i asked him for.

Ducts & Vents Installation and Replacement
Had ductwork installed in my basement and had all the ductwork in house cleaned. Did a very nice installation. Only negative was that there were about 6 holes left in the drywall ceiling where the flexible venting had to be worked around ceiling joists, that I will have to repair at my expense. This wasn't really the fault of Ohio Clean Air as much as a necessary evil to get the ducting where it needed to go. Both Andy and his assistant were very nice and took great care in our home. The cost of services changed slightly from start to finish so make sure to get your quote in writing.

Very professional, friendly, on time, considerate and respectful of my home, of furnature, not to damage, clean and neat, priced right for me. Explained process in detail, gave advice and suggestion for any future work, but didn't anticipate any soon. . Senior discount was very helpful.
