James is awesome. Great customer service he never got tired of me asking questions. The company had to waterproof my house from the outside. He replaced the old clay pipes with new ones. As he began working, he immediately contacted me because my sewer line was clogged which prevented him from installing a pipe. I was thinking, oh no, what am I going to do, who am I going to contact. When I arrived home James (owner of the company) had already contacted a company who was on sight and working on the problem. James (owner of the company) completed the project in less than two weeks, cleaned up and returned a month later to till and seed my front lawn. By the way, another contractor had started waterproofing and caused me a lot of problems by not installing my pipes properly. The contractor was so much cheaper. However, I got what I paid for with that contractor. James had no pressure tactics, no sales pitch, he tried to get me the best price ever.

James Fogle exemplified professionalism from the initial inspection until he completed the install of French Drains. He worked through inclement weather to make sure he kept his two day commitment. In addition, James contacted me shortly after he completed the job to make sure my grass was growing back properly. I recommend this company, no need to look any further. This is the best company to get the job done. Thanks James & crew for solving my standing water problem in my backyard ð

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Communication was phenomenal prior to the project starting. Work that was completed to install a new sump pump, was very thorough, James took the time to explain what he was doing. I couldnâ t be happier with the work performed and the peace of mind we have in our basement. Definitely a company I would go ahead and hire again
