This is the second time we’ve engaged Ohio Home Improvement to do a renovation in our home in the last 6 years. Again, just like in 2019, we are thrilled with the results. Weâ ve had Ohio Home Improvement complete several projects in and around our house. Weâ ll continue to use them for any of our repair and remodeling needs. The most recent project was a â down to the studsâ remodel of our two bathrooms. We couldnâ t be happier with the results. Ohio Home Improvement does a great job of â hand holdingâ from start to finish. Owner Mike Eid worked with us closely as we picked out tile, cabinets, etc. We especially appreciate the way he goes over his proposal, which lists all activities and expenses. Mike has always been honest and transparent in his dealings with us. Ohio Home Improvement employees are probably the best in the business. They arrive on time, are always polite and considerate, and stick with a job until itâ s done right. They were always willing to answer all our questions and make any adjustments we asked for. They always paid careful attention to the quality of their work and never cut corners. We found it very easy to trust Mikeâ s employees in our house, even when we had to be away. Ohio Home Improvement recently completed a full remodel of the primary living areas in our home. The scope included a full kitchen renovation (including moving walls), installing new hardwood floors, new lighting, adding new entryways with pocket doors, window and base trim, and of course painting throughout. The results are nothing short of mind-blowing! Mike, the owner, was phenomenal to work with from day 1, helping us design and visualize exactly what we wanted, and needed, to turn our â houseâ into our â forever homeâ . He leads by example, with an honest and true desire to improve the lives of his customers, and treated us more like friends than clients. Once construction began, the amazing crew, led by our project manager, Shawn, showed up for work every day of the 3 month project on time and ready to go. They met with us daily to discuss progress and resolve any questions or concerns that came up throughout the course of the project. We were very impressed with the level of detail and thought that went into every decision made. They are true professionals and their craftsmanship is unmatched. We have worked with several different contractors in the past with varying degrees of success and satisfaction. But in OHI, weâ re confident weâ ve finally found our go-to contractors, and partners, for all future projects!

Ohio Home Improvement did an extraordinary job with our recent home remodeling project. They completed our kitchen and bathroom renovation on time, within estimates and the results are beautiful, beyond our expectations. The assistance provided by their interior designer Noreen was invaluable and made the selection process of tile, cabinets, counter tops etc. much easier than we anticipated. The fact that they are all employees of the company and not sub-contractors gave us much more confidence when we were evaluating prospective home improvement contractors. Grand slam! All the guys at Ohio Home Improvement knocked it out of the park again! Being our second project this year with them, we knew more what to expect going into it, but just like our first project, they completely out did themselves. We had a love hate relationship with our master bedroom and bathroom, (no, really, we loved to hate it!) but between the design changes to maximize space and efficiency we worked on with Mike Eid, the demo completed by Don Kapper and Andrew, the reconstruction completed by Don and project management by Rob Wiesen, we now love these two spaces. The quality of Don's workmanship is outstanding. Working with this team helps to restore your faith that there are good, honest and hardworking people in the world to partner with.
