Had to reschedule a few times but work was good.

Hired to install countertops and never came. Rescheduled but never set a date. Does not answer calls or emails. Giant waste of time. Put down a deposit and never received a refund. Could not be more disappointed. Would never recommend.

We paid them half down in June 2021 for our granite counters & sink, they have scheduled installation dates 10 different times and never showed up for any of the install appointments. They don't return phone calls or emails, terrible service. One of their employees just texts us after we've left several messages, she always has a different excuse as to why the install has to be delayed, she schedules a new date, and then no one shows up and they don't call to say they aren't coming. We have no idea if they will ever install our counters. To make matters worse, they recommended a cabinet company when we picked out our granite. The same employee at Ohio Natural Stone that texts us with new installation dates gave us the business card for CabCon whe we were picking out our granite, so we had Mike Nagel from CabCon come out to measure, paid him 50% down, he took our money and never ordered our cabinets. We found out he passed away, never ordered the cabinets but cashed our check, and apparently he did this to several other families as well. CabCon said he never ordered the cabinets or gave them the money so they won't help us either. This has been a NIGHTMARE! I would never do business with this company again! I'm not one to ever trash a business, but this is completely unacceptable and wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we are going through.

Horrible business. Takes beautiful quartz material and ruins it. Provides damaged countertops and refuses to address the issues even after the manufacturer came out and confirmed all the damage was caused by the fabricator. Refuses to accept responsibility. Will not return phone calls or requests to meet to discuss a solution. Tries to blame everyone else. We trusted them to do a nice job on our counters and instead we paid a ton of money for garbage. This has been a nightmare. If you consider using Ohio Natural Stone, instead run away as fast as you can.

Owner went over product information and availability, slabs were available to look at on site, price quote was very clear, measurement and installation were as scheduled. Both measurement and installation people answered questions and offered information in a helpful and timely manner. Finished job was very well done.

Countertops had to be removed and then reset during this project . They did an excellent job.

I found this company to be very professional and accommodating! I was given a large variety of options for granite selection, and Steve was very open to dates and times to get all the work done. The counters look great, and they were very up-front about cost.

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, quick, accurate, fair price. The whole crew did s fantastic job. And I love my new countertops!

The company worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up as they worked and were professional. We liked the places they sent us to shop for granite. Communication was excellent. Granite slabs 85 square feet, were matched to the grain lines.

Product not installed yet, but so far we are happy with the level of customer service and personal input we have received.

Great experience! They were customer friendly, on time, and responded to all my questions and needs. The owner, Steve, even came out to double check the template, and the installation. When we discovered a scratch on the island granite, he arranged for someone to come out and buff out the scratch. I would recommend them highly!!

FAIR, EASY AND PROFESSIONAL

Wonderful people to work with! The end product was worth the expense, not that Ohio Stone was the most expensive quote because they weren�t, and they were in the middle. Everyone has complemented us on the job and how well it was done. Could not be happier!

Was told tearout on Mon & instal Tues.Instal not til Wed.They were late coming Mon & Wed.We both work.Had to take time off.Never called to say they'd be late or instal date changed.We had to make calls to them.Sink holess were drilled wrong.No room for faucet holes.Had to regrind at my house.Whole house filled with granite dust.Took us day to clean.Because of the cutting error,we had to reschedule plumberCost us an extra $100.Ohio Stone knew about the problem.Noone called to make right.

The counter tops look fantastic. Great Sales, Great Service at a Great Price. I would rate ONS a ten star. Great company. Thanks Lee S
