Cedar they painted in June 2023 already peeling. Called Roger (owner) and right away said his guarantee does not cover this, without even seeing what is wrong. I sold paint for 10 years and it is obvious they did not prep the surface correctly. He said he would be here the next week after our call, that is 2 weeks ago now. This is a spray and pray operation. Stay away.

The workers were nice, but just general labors. Not painters. My grandmother who was in the Cleveland painters union for over 20 years would have called their work a slap job because they just slapped it on and moved along. Day one, the 2 workers that showed up to power wash the house did not even bother to tell us they were there and started power washing with my challenger sitting in the driveway. Had to go wash my car and luckily there were no chips from debris hitting my car... When the Jon was finished my 85 year old uncle who's house was painted asked to have either myself or his son inspect the house before giving payment to which Roger, the company owner berated my uncle saying " you signed the paperwork, the job is finished, you need to pay us now... after my uncle refused to pay before the job was inspected, Roger said " Fx@% you to my 85 year old uncle... needless to say this man is obviously a professional... Not to mention my uncle is also a marine core vet and Roger offered an impressive $200 dollar discount on his $6000.00 contract for my uncles service and him being a senior. And then he did not even honor the $200 discount before the altercation... If you are looking to over pay for an incompetent job and possibly be insulted for a reasonable request, then by all means, use this cut rate company. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I was notified when the work would be started in a timely manner. The painting was completed in a day. They protected all my plants and cleaned up everything after the work was completed.

They were quick to come out & give estimate. Work was done on the week promised. They were careful and professional. Painting looks good. House looks 30 years younger.

Very professional. Gave estimate and completed job quickly. Did excellent work - my 50 year old aluminum siding looks like new. Would recommend.
