Very friendly, great price, and they made the process so easy for us. When our condo flooded, we had to rip out a lot, including all of the floors. Even with our boxes and chaos everywhere, they managed to put in beautiful new floors, making the place immediately feel more like home again. 100% will recommend them if any of our friends or family ever need flooring done. Great company.

Do not hire this company! Chris is very nice and personable man. When he first visited us and presented his sales pitch and products we were impressed. I read the reviews on here. Went and seen another job he did. Bought my Armstrong flooring from him (which was not cheap). Found out later I would have gotten this hickory flooring so much cheaper if I had went elsewhere. First of all, from the beginning, late quite often, or not show up at all with no phone calls or text informing me he would be late, unless I initiated them. he would be here 1 day and not show up the next day or the next! He would start working and suddenly leave and go to other jobs. His helpers were so inexperienced, they knew nothing!!! But his workmanship was the worse problem. I have boards cut too short against wall in several places, that even molding won't cover up. Several damaged places in wood, where he used a nail gun, which he told me that I wouldn't have nail holes showing, that they would go in the sides. Said he would fill and touch up what nail holes he made, he did none of them. Stairs are horrendous, not safe to use. And so many nail holes! Chris promised my Husband & I he would come back and fix everything so we paid him. Dumb mistake! He won't return any of our calls, texts or emails. He worked on this in January 2018, and we have not heard from him. My husband has repaired the risers on the steps that he was suppose provide finished. He also cut the bottom riser too short, so we replaced that one which we sanded and painted. All the corner round was supposed to be provided, primed and painted. None were painted. The day they worked on molding, it was fast and furious so he could go to another job. I could go on and on. I have several pictures of all his mistakes. Plus, I haven't even started on his terrible tile laying, which has since been replaced. The grout started coming out of floor 2 weeks after he done it. Very bad cutting job. Had to buy new tile and do bathroom floor over. Chris might know how to lay carpet but, his wood flooring and tile skills are nonexistent. This was a very costly mistake for us. Almost $10,000. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Chris was absolutely great. He made everything from scheduling for the estimate to install so easy. Very professional and such a nice guy. Everything went so smooth. The other installer was great too. I would highly recommend!

Chris and Jerry did a fabulous job, their work was meticulous, and they were respectful of our home. Their price was extremely reasonable, they were on time each day, and there were no additional or hidden charges. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

Ohio Valley Carpet Service was a pleasure to work with. From appraisal and consultation through installation, they were professional and knowledgable. After the first large room (basement family room), we got them to do another large room (kitchen/dining room) upstairs. We are so happy with the results that we now have an estimate and will be scheduling installation in our upstairs living room. We received excellent value on a great product and no other quotes were even close! Chris Lawrence is great to work with. We could not be happier and look forward to our next project with Ohio Valley Carpet Service!

Excellent quality and very personable and professional

Chris is very personable and friendly. They were here on time and the carpet was done within the day. We had the living room, hallway, 3 bedrooms, stairway (bi-level) and a small hall done. There work is superb and if something is wrong Chris will make it right! Thanks Chris for a great job! It was nice to get to know you.

They responded in a timely manner.we set up a appointment and he was on time and was prepared with all his samples. We picked our carpet and 1 week later we was done. This is the way they all should be. We will use him again . I highly recommend. This contractor

Chris went above and beyond for us. Even though his van broke down on installation day he rented a truck moved our supplies into it and drove up by himself and installed the entire job. He did an excellent job and I have already referred him to family members !

I was impressed with Chris on every level. He was friendly and professional. He responded very promptly to my request for help and continued to follow-up with me until the day of the job he performed. He did a super job, and stayed until the job was complete, no matter how late. His price was reasonable and he was flexible to adjust his workload when another unexpected problem came up about the kitchen floor. He gave excellent advice about all aspects of home improvement projects. I would recommend him highly!!!!!.
