Ojeda's Construction

The job was done in a timely manner and Mr. Ojeda and his team were friendly, courteous and very helpful with this project & assisted with another project I needed guidance with. They also preserved some of the grass they dug up to construct my driveway extension, so I could use it in bare spots in my yard.

Homeowners beware! Mr. Ojeda does not honor the warranty or stand behind his work. Of course he is super-nice when he discusses the project and gets a signed contract. 2 large portions of my brand new $9k driveway cracked within 2 months; I telephoned him several times, he said he would come by, but he never did. He also damaged adjacent concrete during the careless demolition and he also piled heavy demolished concrete on a side parking area and cracked it. He did not demolish and replace an additional section that he said he would if I paid cash (I did). He also did not place reed wood between my house foundation and driveway as per the contract (which would allow normal settling). I also cannot get his tax I.D. # from him for a 1099. His representation about OSHA 24/7 is a joke; his workers didn't have eye protection, ear plugs, and several had no gloves. They came without anything to drink during the summer, and expected to use my inside bathroom (tracking sand on my newly refinished hardwood floors when I only gave one person permission to use the bathroom for a specific issue).

Mr. Ojedas and his crew did an excellent job on our stamped concrete patio. Ojedas was the first to respond to our request for a bid. His phone got wet on another job, but he responded again when he purchased a new phone. The job was done in 3 days â ¦ start to finish. They cleaned up the area like they were never here. I highly recommend Ojedas Construction for all concrete needs.

The guys went above and beyond in their work and did an excellent job in replacing my sidewalk from the driveway to the front door. I will hire them again to do the driveway after the first of the year.

It was a small job repairing a street curb. It was fixed the day after I contacted Mr Ojeda who supervised the job. I was impressed.

Luis and his crew did a really good job

Very responsive, easy to talk to and ask questions. I had 1650 sq ft of concrete removed from my backyard. They finished in less than a day and cleaned up. Would definitely hire again.

They completed the entire driveway and sidewalk in one day. Cleaned up on the second day. Everything looks great. Would definitely recommend them for concrete work!

This guy the owner and his team were awesome.

They did a fantastic job on my driveway. Luis suggested a stamped driveway for my midcentury modern home vs the generic grey cement driveway and it looks great! The guys are definitely hard workers and tried their best to accommodate what I want in the design of the driveway. Luis also worked diligently to obtain the city permit in good timing. He also worked with me on a pricing that we both agreed on. Highly recommend Luis and his guys at Ojeda Construction.

The overall work was good. They were efficient in removing and replacing a pool deck. However the cement coping work that was done was not very good. I do not think they had any experience in doing cement coping around a pool. The work performed should have been done nicer. Luis was attentive to calls and followed up on the work project.

The project turned out great my extension on my patio and the sidewalk they laid looks awesome they also laid concrete under my water faucet for no extra charge and it looks great
