The junk was left in the driveway and basement for multiple days because there wasn t room in the truck. The surface area was not properly scraped prior to painting. The paint is chipping and falling off the walls.

Dear Kevin, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We want to address each point to provide clarity and ensure open communication regarding the services we provided. The junk removal was completed the same day as agreed, though our truck was full. With your understanding, we returned the next day to remove the small remaining amount outside. We also noticed additional garbage had been added upon our arrival, which we took care of without hesitation. Regarding the basement foundation painting, scraping was thoroughly completed before applying paint. However, we were unaware of any water moisture or foundation issues, as
