Michael Hudson was responsive when trying to get the job and funds paid. His guys didn't show up until almost 3pm with no tools, incomplete flooring supplies and were using our tools, etc. After about 2 hours, there didn't seem to be clear communication between Michael, who was NOT present and his guys so I requested they just stop. No flooring had even been done anyway. He has NOT refunded my deposit and continues with excuses. I will not recommend and will never call this company. What a Christmas!

They took down a wall mounted big screen tv for replacement. They will rehang once I either get a new one or get that one repaired. It is under warranty and I am in the process of them deciding what they will do.

Recommend you do not pay until all work is completed. Make sure they understand what is expected and verify they have experience and tools and supplies to get the job done. Get a formal quote in writing and have the company sign the quote. They tend to take on work they do not have sufficient experience or tools to complete the job.
