"Karen I'm so surprised and sorry to see this review. We always go out of our way to provide top service and personal attention to all of our customers! The 3 meetings we had with you personally to measure, and later to choose stone, first at stone-supplier Verona, and later at Pacific Shore, were fun and friendly, as I remember it? I know that one of our crews, led by Buddy Wright, had some concerns with a stolen truck which caused a delay to installation, and that you didn't realize we are not plumbers, so we offered to make a referral to re-plumb your existing porcelain sink, but we thought that you were pleased and happy with your new Hawaiian Falls countertops. We even took 11 SF off of your stone cost, which we wholesaled to you, when we were able to resell your remnant to another customer immediately. Could you please provide some info about why you think our installation team was "unprepared"?"
