Rudy and his crew were friendly and professional and did an incredible job on our basement and bathroom project. They painted our basement, pulled up carpet and installed wood flooring and added a shower to our previous half bath. Rudy was very patient and flexible with me in selecting vanity and tiles. We also had delayed shipping of some of our flooring and his team was very flexible and understanding. We are very happy with the results.

Rudy was great to work with and made everything convenient. I could not be there when the job was done, he kept me updated by text messages and phone calls, even taking PMT through a phone app. He also did a back patio at the same time and it looks great. He suggested rounded corners and I would not have thought about it and it really made a difference in the final look. He knows what he's doing and I would highly recommend Olave Construction.

I took three different quotes and picked Olave as the best choice out of the three. They were fast, efficient and neat. Rudy also offered some great suggestions that saved us time and money. We will use them again. Our project was the interior painting of an entire house, and we are very happy with the results.

Sadly, I am changing my review. After further inspection of my yard it has come to my attention that I've lost property because of the placement of the fence. They took no care in the work that my dad did, pulled up brick and railroad-ties, and destroyed the landscaping and never returned it to its place. I asked for him to fix it and he simply placed it on top of the torn up brick. When I asked why I was not notified, I was simply told they could not tell there was landscaping done there, even though it was 4 railroad ties nailed into the ground holding brick together. I ended up spending another $1,200 having it repaired then told I've lost two feet of property. Since then I have been ignored. I am deeply saddened by the situation. I put full trust in this company for my project, especially since he had asked about everything else, except tearing up my father's hard work, who died in 2011 of cancer. It just hurts. If you decided to go with Rudy Olave just make sure you protect any hard work you put into your land, because they won't care or tell you.

They were real friendly, cleaned up afterwards, made sure we were pleased with the finished product and followed up! He did all the work including permits, very responsive and gave us a receipt. Very professional! I have already referred them to friends and family.

I've had them do quite a bit of work for us. I had them rebuild a gate and they didn't know what they were doing on that but they did a good job on our concrete work. I have recommended them to other people.
